01Who provides the service
Extractor Maps is a platform operated by Grupo Gesemit, CNPJ 29.624.944/0001-11, based in Garopaba, Santa Catarina, Brazil. Questions about the platform, purchases, these Terms or refunds may be sent to help@extractormaps.com.
By creating an account, using the platform or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service or complete a purchase.
02What Extractor Maps provides
Extractor Maps provides tools to organise and query business information made publicly available in directories and other accessible sources. Credits enable features and queries according to the offer shown at checkout when you purchase.
The service is a technology tool. It is not legal, commercial, tax or marketing advice, and it does not guarantee a commercial result, conversion rate, permanent availability of external sources, or that any public information is complete, current or accurate.
03Account, access and credits
You must provide accurate information, protect your access and not share credentials or allow improper third-party use of your account. We may take proportionate measures to protect accounts, prevent fraud, comply with law and preserve service security.
Purchased credits are linked to the account that made the purchase and are consumed as features are used. Before confirming a purchase, check the offer, credit quantity, currency and price displayed at checkout.
04Responsible use of public information
Public accessibility of information does not remove legal duties. You are responsible for later use of results, including identifying a lawful basis where required, respecting opt-out or deletion requests, commercial-communication rules, data-protection and competition rules, and the law of the people affected.
You may not use the service for fraud, harassment, discrimination, spam, social engineering, infringement of third-party rights, collection of sensitive data without a lawful basis or any unlawful activity. We do not give permission to send bulk messages or indiscriminately commercialise data.
05Payments, currencies and intermediaries
In Brazil, card payments are processed by Stripe in Brazilian Real (BRL). PIX payments in Brazil are processed through Kiwify as the payment intermediary. Purchases made outside Brazil are processed by Stripe in United States Dollars (USD).
The price, currency, applicable taxes and conditions shown at checkout before purchase confirmation apply to that transaction. Payment intermediaries' services are also subject to their own terms and security checks. We do not store full payment-card data on our platform.
06Availability, third-party data and limitations
Public sources and third-party services may change, limit access or contain incomplete information. We use reasonable efforts to operate the platform, but do not guarantee that every result will be available, unique, error-free or fit for a particular user purpose.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, or mandatory consumer rights in the event of service failure, unauthorised charges or another legally protected situation.
07Intellectual property and security
The platform, its brand, interface, software and proprietary materials belong to Grupo Gesemit or their respective owners. You receive a limited, personal and non-exclusive permission to use the service under these Terms. You may not copy, resell, exploit, bypass controls, reverse engineer or interfere with the service unless law expressly permits it.
Personal-data processing follows the Privacy Policy. We maintain proportionate security controls, and you should promptly report any suspected unauthorised access to your account.
08Changes, applicable law and contact
We may update these Terms when the service, providers, security or law materially changes. The current version and date remain on this page; for material changes, we will use notice appropriate to their impact.
These Terms are written from Brazil. Applying Brazilian law does not remove mandatory consumer or data-protection rules that apply where you live. Before starting a court dispute, contact us at help@extractormaps.com so we can try to reach a direct, documented solution.
