0101. Conditions for Refund
Refunds are only possible if the user made the purchase and did not use any credits from the acquired package. If the user has already started any extraction or consumed part of the credits, the refund cannot be requested or processed.
0202. Withdrawal Period
Users have up to 7 calendar days after purchase to request a full refund, provided the condition of non-use of credits is respected.
0303. How to Request
If you loaded a balance and did not use it, send an email to our support within the 7-day period so we can reverse the payment via Stripe or AbacatePay.
